What is the process to get started training with Folz Fitness and Wellness?
Upon booking a FREE 30 minute consultation with us online we will reach out to you to schedule a time to visit about your goals, fitness experience and both your and our expectations. During your visit to our training studio we will discuss all of the above mentioned as well as tour the studio and go over training and coaching packages/pricing. If you feel we are a good fit and schedules line up, we will then schedule you for a 45 minute fitness movement assessment. I will then email “new client” intake paperwork to you to complete prior to your assessment. Upon completion of the intake paperwork and assessment we would book you to begin your personalized fitness training and/or nutrition coaching. On your first day of training we would both sign a monthly training contract agreement as well as collect payment.

How often should I exercise?
You should establish an exercise routine based on YOU and what YOUR current abilities allow, what goals YOU’D like to achieve and fitting accordingly into YOUR current schedule. As a general guideline, research shows, and organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO), The Mayo Clinicand the American Heart Association (AHA) all agree that a minimum of around 150 minutes per week of moderate intensity physical activity for most individuals should be a consistent target to strive for.
